VIP Tires & Service

Great service! I got my tires replaced earlier this year by their team and then just got my oil change done this time. Nino was very personable, easy to work with and made the experience so seamless. I will be going back to VIP for all my future services.

Just got some BFG TAKO3 tires for my Hummer Ev. Great pricing, comparable to online retailers. I would give these guys a call at least to save you time before ordering elsewhere. Great customer service. Timeline to get the tires and the job done was spot on. Ill be getting my tires here from now on. Thank you VIP team.

Their prices are decent, cheaper usually than other places around. They are pretty good with skill but are a bit limited on some repairs, good thing is they will tell you. Been there many times with different vehicles and the only issue we have had is a stinky car. A mechanic needs to launder his clothing and himself. Our BMW actually had to be detailed after service because it smelled so terrible, we were getting nauseous.

Friendly staff, but couldn’t help me with a basic tire plug due to corporate restrictions. After being pushed toward buying new tires (which I didn’t need because I just got new tires 4 months ago), I was told to go to a mom and pop shop. Took my car down the street to Mia’s Tires and got it fixed immediately. Wouldn’t recommend if you need a quick, simple repair.

Nino and his staff were great. I can’t tell you enough about how impressed I was with Nino. I came into the VIP shop in Worcester last minute after leaving another shop that couldn’t help me, to do a tire rotation, alignment and exhaust repair. Nino was able to fit me in the same day. He was very informative and thorough. The exhaust repair was more extensive than I originally thought, so they were not able to take care of that today because i was in a tine crunch, but I will definitely be scheduling an appointment for next week to take care of that. I also appreciate that this shop takes care of tires, alignment, exhaust and so much more. I used to have to get my tires from one place and then bring my car elsewhere for the alignment and yet another place to make repairs. It’s nice to know that there’s a shop that I can go to that will take care of all this and more. With a professional staff headed by Nino, it makes it that more pleasurable. No one likes to have to spend money on their vehicle whether it’s necessary or not, but when you know that the person taking care of you has your interest in mind, that makes all the difference. I will be bringing all five of my vehicles back
